Team training day

A) Find 3RM Cluster tng: hit 125 no prob, then 135 felt great, 145 hit 2 but failed the third so I tried again and same result, made 2 missed the 3rd. Really felt like I should have got it!

30/25 cal row (each)

2 minute rest

15 synchro kipping hspu

30/25 cal AB

2 minute rest

21 T2B

30/25 cal ski

C) 2015 Regional team event 3

I did the .4mile run and 40 wall balls

D) 10 rope climbs for time 14ft; 2:10
