A.Split Jerk Build to a tough Single Drop to 90 Percent and Take 5 singles   built 195#, then 5 singles @ 175#. Felt great, better than last week, more confident and patient in my split position.
B. Accumulate 12 Legless Rope Climbs working on Kipping Technique   This was fun, played around with techniques, realized that even if it’s slower it might help with arm fatigue
