A. Squat Snatch Build to a 1rm     145 felt great, I hopped forward again though. I missed 155 3x, dropped to 150 and failed a bunch! I’m talking like 10+ times….but I knew what I was doing wrong so I had to try and fix it..(I wasn’t keeping the bar pulled back in my lap, chest stayed too far in front of the bar so it ended up out in front every time in my squat.  I FINALLY hit 150# and stopped!!
B. Deadlift 3×3 @ 205lbs rest 2 min btw sets   felt easy
