20 Box Jumps 20″…………………1:55; did not feel easy, legs were super fatigued on box jumps

30 Wall ball Tosses
20 HSPU
50 Double Unders ………………2:45; did my wall balls UB and my shoulders were dead for HSPUs, had to sets of 5.
