A. EMOM 10 Min 1 Power Snatch working on hip position @95-115lbs   focused on hip position, 2@ 95, 3@ 105, 5@ 115.  I had 1 rep at 115 that felt perfect!
B. Deadlift Clusters 2.2.2 rest 20 seconds btwn lifts rest 2 min btwn sets x3 *Stay moderate

felt pretty good until the last set; 215, 225, 235. (Back is tight today, sunday)
