MF,MF,MF    PARTNERED WITH DUNFEE, WE SWITCHED EVERY 2 ROPE CLIMBS, FINISHED IN 3:17 I THINK.
I DIDN’T FEEL LIKE I DID MUCH TODAY. MY ARMS WERE PUMPED A LITTLE BIT FROM THE ROPE CLIMBS BUT I DON’T THINK I BROKE A SWEAT THE ENTIRE TRAINING SESSION. FUN THOUGH.
FEELING SUPER COMFORTABLE ON MY 145 SNATCH, WHICH IS REALLY AWESOME. JUST THAT 155 BAR….UGHHHHH!
