A. Hang Power clean Build to a 1rm I did not feel powerful in my legs at all today and was frustrated with the lack of strength I am feeling. I am much better at squat than power clean, I think because all I want to do is get under the bar asap , which leads to not finishing my pull or extending thru at all. I did not hit my max on hang power clean which is 165, (squatted it too deep) but hit 155 a few times.
B. Deadlift Build to a tough single (Not a true max, and I want you to play it cautious here) 260#
